This policy explains what personal information we handle when you visit digirudrainsights.com, fill in a form, message us on WhatsApp, or work with us as a client. We handle it in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as they apply to us.

By using this website or sending us your details, you accept the way we handle information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not submit personal information through the site.

What Information We Collect

  • Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
  • Your company or business name and website address.
  • The details of your enquiry, such as your goals, requirements and anything else you choose to write in your message.
  • If you become a client: business and billing details such as your billing address and GST number, needed to raise invoices.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our servers and the tools we use may record your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.

Our forms do not need payment card details, government ID numbers or passwords. Please do not send these to us through the website or in chat.

We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements and communicate with you about our services.

03

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the website working, remember basic preferences, protect it from abuse and, where enabled, understand how visitors use it in aggregate.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers and your IP address is visible to them when a page loads. Some embedded tools, such as email sign-up features, may also set their own cookies.

At the time of writing, we do not run advertising or retargeting cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

06

Who We May Share Information With

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to run our business or to comply with the law:

  • Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting and security, email and form tools, communication apps (including WhatsApp), video calling, and accounting software. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, under a duty of confidentiality.
  • Authorities and courts when we are required to by law or to protect our legal rights.
  • A successor business if DigiRudra is ever merged, sold or restructured. We would tell you and the same protections would continue to apply.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. Some of our providers may store data on servers outside India; we choose providers that apply reasonable security safeguards.

Our site may link to other websites, such as social media pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

07

Client Campaign and Project Data

Working on a client’s website, ad accounts, analytics or CRM can mean seeing information about that client’s own customers and leads. We treat this data as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work and follow your instructions.

  • We ask for the minimum access needed, and we remove our access when the engagement ends, or on request.
  • You remain responsible for having the right notice and consent for the customer data you collect and ask us to use, especially for email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • We run WhatsApp and other messaging campaigns only to people who have opted in.
08

How Long We Keep Information

We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. Enquiry details are kept while we are in touch with you about your request. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and for the period that tax, accounting or other laws require us to keep them.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. You can also ask us to delete your information earlier, subject to any legal duty to keep it.

09

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable security practices to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access limited to the team members who need it, and regularly updated software and plugins.

No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
